Black Friday Countdown Sale (2024) - Terms and Conditions

This Black Friday Countdown Offer is available for bookings starting Friday, November 15, 2024. The offer provides an exclusive discount on wainscoting and board and batten services for projects exceeding 10 linear metres, with discounts starting at 20% and decreasing by 1% each day. By participating in this offer, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Discount Structure

• The initial discount rate is 20% on materials only, beginning on Friday, November 15, 2024.

• For each day after November 15, the discount will decrease by 1% until the promotion ends.

• The discount applies only to materials used within the service, which includes both supply and installation. Materials alone are not available for separate purchase under this offer.

2. Booking and Deposit

A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking and secure the discount rate on the date of booking.

To qualify for the discount, the deposit payment must be received. Quotes alone do not secure the discount; the booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.

By paying the deposit, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer Period

This Black Friday Countdown Offer is available for 20 days from November 15, 2024 (finishing Wednesday, December 4, 2024).

Bookings must be secured within this period to qualify for the applicable discount rate.

4. Service Scheduling

All projects booked through this offer are for 2025 service dates as Opulent Finishes is fully booked for 2024.

Work must commence within 4 months of the booking date to retain the discount. If not, the booking and any secured discount may be forfeited.

5. Discount Limitations

The discount is only applicable to the cost of specified materials (inlays, mouldings, skirtings) and does not apply to labour, custom mouldings, hardware, additional supplies, or any other add-ons outside the initial scope.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

6. Pricing Estimate and Discount Application

Any pricing provided per linear metre is an estimate only. The final cost of materials will be based on actual project measurements and confirmed in the official quote.

The discount amount will be locked in based on the date of booking but will be applied to the actual material costs confirmed in the final quote.

7. Minimum Project Size

This offer is valid only for projects with a minimum of 10 linear metres. If, upon measurement, the actual project falls below this minimum, the discount will be void.

8. Scope Changes

The discount applies only to the materials and scope detailed in the initial agreement. Any adjustments to the scope or additional materials required may affect the overall project cost and are not covered by the original discount.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

If a project is rescheduled, the original discount rate will be retained as long as the service date is within 4 months of the original booking.

If the rescheduled date extends beyond this 4-month period, the discount may be forfeited or subject to renegotiation.

10. Payment Terms

The full balance of the project cost must be paid before the commencement of installation.

Failure to complete payment before the start date may result in delays or cancellation of the service, with potential loss of the secured discount.

11. Pricing Validity and Adjustments

While the discount applies to the material price at the time of booking, fluctuations in material costs due to market changes may impact the final project cost. Any such changes will be communicated to the client before project commencement.

12. Force Majeure

Opulent Finishes is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our control, including, but not limited to, supplier delays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to prevent disruptions to the scheduled project timeline.

13. Limitation of Liability

Opulent Finishes is committed to delivering a high-quality service. However, the company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays or other circumstances outlined in these terms.
