Welcome to Hudson Parade, Clareville, where coastal charm meets refined craftsmanship. Our latest project involved a stunning balcony renovation that perfectly blends with the serene waterside surroundings of Clareville, on the Northern Beaches.
For this project, we transformed the outdoor space by installing VJ panelling on the external balcony ceiling, using 138 x 11 VJ tongue and groove boards. The choice of VJ tongue and groove panelling adds a beautiful, textured finish that complements the natural coastal aesthetic while providing durability to withstand the outdoor elements. The clean lines of the tongue and groove boards create a seamless look, drawing attention to the ceiling’s detail and enhancing the overall ambiance of the balcony.
In addition to the ceiling, we custom-designed and installed handrails with post capping and skirting, providing both functional support and a tailored finish. The custom handrails were crafted to blend with the home’s existing architectural features, adding a sophisticated yet understated touch to the space. The careful attention to detail ensures the balcony is not only a relaxing haven but also an elevated visual feature of the home.
This approach to the design has added incredible visual value to the property, giving it a refreshed, cohesive look that flows from inside the home to the outdoor living area.
