Welcome to Namba Road, nestled in the serene surroundings of Duffys Forest. This project allowed us to showcase the timeless appeal of Board and Batten, seamlessly blending traditional craftsmanship with modern elegance throughout the home.
Upon stepping inside, you’re greeted by the exquisite lower frame with CR23 chair rail that extends through the hallways and staircase, creating a continuous flow of sophistication. The Board and Batten, crafted with 66 x 18 panels, adds texture and depth to the walls, enhancing the home’s architectural character while maintaining a minimalist charm.

We completed the design with a 140 x 18 skirting board, perfectly balancing the proportions of the space and adding a polished finishing touch. The vertical lines of the Board and Batten frame the stairwell, drawing the eye upwards and creating a sense of openness, while the skirting board anchors the design and provides a seamless transition between walls and floors.
This design choice not only adds visual interest but also perfectly complements the natural light that floods the area, bringing warmth and balance to the space.
With its refined details and masterful execution, this project on Namba Road is a true testament to the versatility of Board and Batten, transforming the home into a haven of understated elegance.
